Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Large and Distributed portfolio, focusing on Power Generation and Gas Turbine Mechanical Drive in the Middle East. You will build client relationships, identify opportunities, and support a broad portfolio with cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves engaging early with customers, coordinating with account teams, and developing market insights to sustain a strong project pipeline and annual OE targets.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• Experience in power generation and compression in industrial and O&G markets.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in power generation and compression.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients and grow PG, Industrial, and O&G opportunities.
• Support regional sales to grow the LGT and Distributed portfolio in the Middle East.
• Engage with customers early in decision process and promote a value proposition.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers, engineers in pre-feed, feed and lead management.
• Develop regional networks with customers, consultants, engineers, licensors and system integrators.
