Job summary

Sophos, a cybersecurity leader, is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales professional in the UAE to drive new logo acquisition and build a strong enterprise pipeline.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engage CXOs/CISOs, and collaborate with Enterprise/Mid-Market Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and channel partners to expand Sophos’ market presence in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Security, or related discipline.
• 10+ years enterprise technology sales experience, with a strong focus on new business.
• 5+ years selling into UAE Government and/or Enterprise accounts.
• Proven success closing complex, high-valued new logo deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Existing relationships or a strong network within UAE enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise and mid-market customers in the UAE.
• Build and maintain 3-5x qualified pipeline against quota.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Map target accounts across key UAE sectors and develop territory plans.
• Build CXO/CISO relationships and position cybersecurity as a business risk conversation.
• Lead large deal cycles and manage RFP/RFI processes.
• Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
