Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a remote Social & Content creator to build our Instagram and TikTok presence from the ground up. You will film, edit (in collaboration with our designer), and appear on camera, driving native short-form content that resonates with global audiences.

You’ll own the trend-spotting process, craft ideas, and guide execution, while partnering with our Social & Content lead to shape strategy. This is a fully remote, international role demanding a proactive, creative self-starter.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok, in-house, agency, freelance, or as a creator.
• Strong portfolio showing on-camera presence and understanding of short-form formats.
• Deep familiarity with current Instagram/TikTok trends and culture.
• Comfortable directing others and collaborating remotely.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Instagram & TikTok from scratch and own execution day-to-day.
• Film native short-form content and appear on camera, including interviews and trends.
• Track trends, sounds, and formats and adapt to RemotePass brand.
• Coordinate with teammates across departments to source footage remotely.
• Concept static posts and video ideas and brief design team clearly.
• Contribute to LinkedIn posts when appropriate and expand reach.
• Analyze performance and iterate content strategy.
• Be a visible face of RemotePass as it expands into new markets.
