Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Social Media Content Creator will ideate, script, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts, aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, filming and directing shoots, editing videos, and optimizing content for trends, hooks, and audience retention. The role also involves collaborating with account managers and designers, monitoring performance metrics, and refining content based on data and feedback. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable on set, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong short-form content creation skills, including scripting, shooting, and editing for Reels, Tik Toks, and You Tube Shorts. Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics or text overlays. Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices for engagement and audience growth. Ability to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, and work collaboratively with creative and client teams. Excellent written and visual storytelling skills, with attention to detail, brand voice, and consistency. Comfortable working on-site in Dubai and occasionally appearing on camera or directing talent when needed. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related creative field; a portfolio of short-form content is highly beneficial. Diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or a related discipline is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is valued.
