You will own the creative process from concept to final deliverables, collaborating across teams in a dynamic marketing environment that values experimentation and measurable content performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience creating social media content across multiple brands.
• Strong experience as a social media content creator, designer, or video editor.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for branding and design.
• Experience with AI content tools and blending AI with human storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging B2B content and understand audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, edit, and deliver social media content across platforms.
• Produce short-form videos with reels/shorts, motion graphics, thumbnails, and ads.
• Develop hooks, scripts, subtitles, and storytelling approaches to drive engagement.
• Edit video content with Premiere Pro and create motion graphics with After Effects.
• Design branded assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity while preserving authentic voice.
• Translate business needs into creative and technical deliverables.
• Create content for professional B2B audiences with warm, accessible tone.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Experiment with formats and tools to improve quality and performance.
