Job summary

Tactacam in the UAE is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to own our consumer-facing channels and shape the voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native content using mobile tools, monitor performance with analytics, and collaborate with Brand/Creative teams on large campaigns while maintaining a high-volume production pace.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing social media for consumer, lifestyle, or outdoor brands.
• A portfolio demonstrating personal content creation (shooting and editing short-form video).
• Strong knowledge of platform-specific behaviors for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in mobile video editing and social analytics.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across different channels.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining a proactive production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native social content using mobile tools and existing assets.
• Serve as the day-to-day voice of the brand across comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Build a measurement framework to monitor content performance and report meaningful insights.
• Identify emerging trends and social listening opportunities to inform marketing decisions.
• Partner with Brand and Creative teams on large campaigns while maintaining high-volume social production.
