Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Instagram and TikTok creator marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Bobbie creators and ambassadors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure a supported experience.
• Manage creator onboarding and troubleshoot inquiries in a timely manner.
• Execute creator campaigns and ambassador initiatives.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and content submissions across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate product shipments, campaign communications, and creator logistics.
• Maintain creator databases, tracking documents, and campaign reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with post-campaign recaps.
• Collaborate with Growth teams to support campaign execution.
