Job summary

Paradox is seeking a hands-on social content builder to own Paradox's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube Shorts. You cut, caption, and ship content yourself, using AI to multiply your output.

2–3 years in a fast-moving brand or creator context, and a portfolio that proves what you've shipped. Fluent in French and English; our chosen language for written comms is English. Remote work is available with a Dubai office option.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation, ideally in a fast-moving brand or creator context.
• Portfolio of shipped reels/shorts with growth numbers.
• Fluency in French and English required; written English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship daily content across Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube Shorts using AI to accelerate output.
• Own the channels end-to-end: calendar, posting, community replies, performance tracking.
• Hunt what works: test hooks, formats, posting times and cut formats that perform.
• Leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing and caption variations.
