Job summary

Paradox is seeking a hands-on social media builder who cuts, captions, and ships content daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts, using AI to multiply output.

You will own the channels end-to-end: content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tests to drive growth. French and English fluency are required, with 2–3 years in a fast-paced brand or creator context.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation.
• Portfolio of shipped reels/shorts with growth numbers.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools.
• French and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Build & ship content daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own the channels end-to-end: content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking.
• Test hooks, formats, and posting times to optimize growth.
• Leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing and generate variations.
• Read analytics from platform data and GA4 to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content to feed winning angles into new formats.
