Job summary

UMO is building a unified, AI-powered but human-centric money platform. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end customer experience in the mobile app, from onboarding to everyday crypto and fiat features, delivering simple, trustworthy journeys.

You will work with Compliance, Risk, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ship, measure, and iterate on core product features while applying AI-driven workflows to research and specs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, including 2+ years in B2C fintech with a mobile-first product.
• Hands-on crypto product experience: wallets, custody, on-chain transactions.
• Measurable improvements to user metrics such as activation, conversion or retention.
• Experience planning and running user research, qualitative interviews and usability testing.
• Strong data skills: funnel analysis, cohorts, A/B testing, event tracking.
• Understanding of regulated onboarding frameworks in financial products.
• Autonomous end-to-end ownership and proactive collaboration.
• Fluent English communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer experience in the UMO mobile app from onboarding to regular use.
• Design a coherent end-to-end app journey across crypto and fiat features.
• Plan and run user research, synthesize insights into decisions.
• Define CX metrics and drive improvements via experiments.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Design, Eng, Operations and Marketing.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, spec definition, and journey mapping.
