Ethos is seeking experienced personal finance consultants to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will refine AI-generated outputs across workflows like household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.

Compensation is $70/hour with flexible 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning.
• Skilled at turning a client's scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan they can actually follow.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
