Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models to produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos for finance leadership.

This fully remote, flexible engagement pays $100 per hour for 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start date, offering a high degree of schedule autonomy and opportunity to shape AI-driven financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
