Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support infants, toddlers, and young children (0–6) with developmental delays in home settings. You will design family-centered plans and coach parents to promote development and maximise outcomes.

You will liaise with paediatricians, OTs, and SLTs, document progress, and deliver sessions in homes or at schools. This is a flexible freelance role with competitive commission and growth opportunities in a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Early Childhood Special Education, Child Development, or related).
• MOHRE Tutor Permit eligibility required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years of early intervention experience (0–6 age range).
• Familiarity with DIR/Floortime or ESDM frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental screenings and early intervention assessments.
• Design and implement family-centred early intervention plans.
• Target communication, motor, cognitive, and social development goals.
• Coach parents and caregivers as primary intervention agents.
• Liaise with paediatricians, OTs, and SLTs.
• Monitor and document child developmental progress.
• Provide culturally sensitive support to diverse families.
