Job summary

Simone's Tutoring seeks a School Readiness Specialist to ready children aged 3–6 for formal schooling. You will assess development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains and deliver targeted preparation for families.

You will work remotely, at students' homes or schools, with a flexible freelance schedule and income on a 60% commission basis. Dubai-based private practice expansion opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• 2+ years early years or school readiness practice
• Developmental screening experience
• Experience coaching families and guiding parents on child readiness

Responsibilities

• Assess children's school readiness across developmental domains
• Design and deliver school readiness preparation programmes
• Support children in developing pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, and social skills
• Guide parents on how to support school readiness at home
• Liaise with nurseries and early years educators
• Provide advice on school selection and curriculum transitions
• Write developmental summaries and readiness reports
