Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking skilled infant/toddler development practitioners for freelance, home-based sessions in Dubai. You will conduct observations, guide parents with personalized stimulation, and coach parent-infant interactions to support development in infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities include coaching, activity design, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of practice are required; DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensure may be needed for clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years infant or toddler development practice.
• Knowledge of developmental milestone frameworks.
• Training in infant-toddler development or early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental observations and milestone monitoring for infants and toddlers.
• Provide personalised developmental stimulation guidance to parents and caregivers.
• Deliver parent-infant interaction coaching and play-based development activities.
• Advise on age-appropriate activities, toys, and environmental enrichment.
• Support families of infants with developmental concerns or atypical development.
• Liaise with paediatricians, OTs, SLTs, and early intervention teams.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents on infant brain development and learning.
