Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai seeks a Child Development Consultant to guide families on milestones, parenting strategies, and environmental enrichment. You will work with parents, caregivers, schools, and healthcare professionals, delivering consultations and workshops.

This is an independent contractor role with flexible, freelance scheduling. Sessions can be conducted online or at students' homes, schools, or other venues, with compensation as 65% commission on completed coaching sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of practice.
• Strong knowledge of developmental theory and research.
• Experience communicating complex developmental information to parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental consultations with parents and caregivers.
• Advise on typical and atypical developmental milestones from birth to adolescence.
• Provide guidance on parenting approaches, play, and environmental enrichment.
• Support families of children with developmental variations or early concerns.
• Liaise with paediatricians, SLTs, OTs, and educational psychologists as needed.
• Deliver parent workshops and group educational sessions.
• Write clear developmental guidance reports and recommendations.
