Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support infants, toddlers, and young children (0–6) with developmental delays in home settings. You will design family-centered plans and coach parents to promote development and maximise outcomes.

You will liaise with paediatricians, OTs, and SLTs, document progress, and deliver sessions in homes or at schools. This is a flexible freelance role with competitive commission and growth opportunities in a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Early Childhood Special Education, Child Development, or related).
• MOHRE Tutor Permit eligibility required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years of early intervention experience (0–6 age range).
• Familiarity with DIR/Floortime or ESDM frameworks is preferred.

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.
