Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support infants, toddlers, and young children (0–6) with developmental delays in home settings. You will design family-centered plans and coach parents to promote development and maximise outcomes.

We are seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support infants, toddlers, and young children (aged 0–6) who show signs of developmental delay or atypical development. You will deliver family-centred early intervention services in home settings to promote development and maximise outcomes.
Conduct developmental screenings and early intervention assessments
Design and implement family-centred early intervention plans
Target communication, motor, cognitive, and social development goals
Coach parents and caregivers as primary intervention agents
Liaise with paediatricians, OTs, and SLTs
Monitor and document child developmental progress
Provide culturally sensitive support to diverse families
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Child Development, or related field
MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain
Minimum 2 years early intervention experience (0–6 age range)
Familiarity with early intervention frameworks (e.g. DIR/Floortime, ESDM)
ESDM or Floortime certification
Experience with ASD, Down syndrome, or cerebral palsy in infancy
Infant mental health training
Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

Compensation
Earn 65% commission on all checked-in, completed, and fully paid student sessions and packages.
