Binance is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead Legal support for tokenized securities and equities products in a fast-paced, global tech environment. You will advise on regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate product contracts, and coordinate with Commercial, Corporate, Tax, Compliance, and other teams across multiple jurisdictions.

A strong background in securities law and crypto regulation is required. You will engage with senior stakeholders, manage complex projects, and help shape

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulation.
• Experience with brokerage licensing and trading rules.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver commercial legal guidance.
• Experience advising on privacy, IP, and technology transactions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key Legal point of contact for tokenized securities and equities products.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and product-related contracting and marketing.
• Draft, amend, and negotiate product terms, brokerage and tokenization agreements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions and time zones.
• Provide training and internal guidance within the Legal team.
