Job summary

Ethos, a remote-first expert network, is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks and slide decks for client work.

You will create and refine decks with strong storytelling and slide craftsmanship, working 5–20 hours per week on a fully remote schedule. Compensation is $100/hour, with flexibility for additional paid opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an engagement manager at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
