Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced principal advisory consultants to train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft and refine client deliverables, including proposals, transformation roadmaps, operating model decks, and final reports.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and compensation at $80/hour, starting ASAP. Prior consulting experience at Big 4 or top strategy firms is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client proposals, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, executive workshops, benchmarking exhibits, and final report production.
