Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced associate consultants with 3+ years at a top strategy firm to train our latest language model on professional presentations and slide decks. This is a fully remote engagement with flexible 5-20 hours per week and a pay rate of $100/hour.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across workflows including storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and exhibit design. Start date is ASAP and you can work on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as associate consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
