Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy and operations consultants to help train AI models on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, and executive workshops. Strong PowerPoint skills and storylining are essential.

This flexible, remote role offers about 5–20 hours per week with opportunities to increase. Start ASAP. Compensation is $80 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Big 4, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Monitor Deloitte).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, executive workshops, benchmarking exhibits, and final report production.
