Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team, is seeking advisory senior managers to train language models on professional presentation tasks.

Fully remote, with 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP. Compensation is $80/hour. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks across client proposals, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and final reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, executive workshops, benchmarking exhibits, and final report production.
