Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced consultants from top strategy firms to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide tasks. The engagement is flexible, remote, and 5-20 hours per week.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, and client-ready decks. Start date is ASAP with compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a consultant at a top strategy firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert PowerPoint skills with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and decks across core workflows.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, slide structure, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
