Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Customer Success Specialist in the UAE, focused on driving satisfaction and broad adoption of AI solutions for universities and schools in the MEA region.

The role requires building strong relationships with universities and schools, acting as the main client contact, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and retention across the GCC. Remote-friendly and permanent position.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer success.
• Experience in EdTech or Education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Universities & Schools to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Drive the adoption and optimisation of the AI solutions across client divisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
• Provide training and resources to clients to maximise understanding of the product.
