• Hands-On Intercom Fin experience configuring and improving workflows with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, empathetic responses.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes and measure outcomes.
• Technical comfort discussing integrations and engineering requirements.
• Interest in AI-powered support technologies and practical innovations.
• Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations and drive implementation.

• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI support agent performance, improve resolution rates and escalation decisions.
• Collaborate with policy and product teams to keep AI responses accurate.
• Analyze interactions to identify recurring issues and prioritize fixes.
• Design tests, document results, and evaluate impact on performance.
• Develop AI guidance and workflows to ensure clear, empathetic interactions.
• Improve human handoffs to ensure seamless escalation when needed.
• Identify opportunities to extend AI across products and journeys.
• Stay informed on AI features and run targeted experiments.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and knowledge owners.
• Report insights and recommendations to Customer Care leadership.
