Simone's Tutoring seeks a School Readiness Specialist to ready children aged 3–6 for formal schooling. You will assess development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains and deliver targeted preparation for families.
You will work remotely, at students' homes or schools, with a flexible freelance schedule and income on a 60% commission basis. Dubai-based private practice expansion opportunities abound.

We are looking for a School Readiness Specialist to prepare young children aged 3–6 for a successful transition into formal schooling. You will assess developmental readiness across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains, and deliver targeted preparation programmes for families.
Assess children's school readiness across key developmental domains
Design and deliver school readiness preparation programmes
Support children in developing pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, and social skills
Guide parents on how to support school readiness at home
Liaise with nurseries and early years educators
Provide advice on school selection and curriculum transitions
Write developmental summaries and readiness reports
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain
Minimum 2 years early years teaching or developmental assessment experience
Knowledge of Foundation Stage or EYFS frameworks
Experience with children who have developmental delays
Knowledge of UAE school admissions processes
Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

Compensation
Earn 60% commission on all checked-in, completed, and fully paid student lessons and packages.
Commission is calculated after the student's payment has been received by Simone's Tutoring.
Payments are processed monthly.
Tutors are engaged as independent contractors and manage their own tax and visa obligations.
Additional earnings may be available through workshops, holiday programmes, group classes, and corporate training opportunities.
