Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced brand directors to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated content across brand workflows, with 5+ years in brand strategy, creative direction, or marketing collateral production.

This is a fully remote engagement offering flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, or more). Start date is ASAP, compensation is $80/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead brand strategy and creative direction for consumer or B2B brands.
• Collaborate with investors and consultancies to deliver paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.
