Cambly is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead global CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps. You will drive acquisition, engagement, and retention with market-specific execution, including WhatsApp and other platforms.

The role combines strategic program management with platform expertise to improve lifetime value and revenue. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define audiences, build journeys, and measure outcomes with advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing in consumer subscription, mobile, or edtech.
• Hands-on with a modern CRM/ESP (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io) and journey-building.
• Proven track record owning CRM strategy and roadmap with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, experimentation, and SQL.
• Experience with multi-market CRM programs and familiarity with messaging apps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps; align to acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs.
• Build and maintain the CRM roadmap; tailor channel mix, timing, and offers by market.
• Manage platform relationships (Iterable, API integrations) and drive AI features; optimize costs and capabilities.
• Define audiences, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys; own lists and hygiene.
• Own CRM KPIs, dashboards, deliverability health, and cross-market reporting; lead experiments.
• Lead cross-functional programs with product, data, engineering, and regional teams; ensure repeatable processes.
