Cambly Inc. seeks a CRM Program Manager (remote) to own and execute our global CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps. You will drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven lifecycle programs and regional localization.

You will partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale CRM and push AI-enabled improvements while delivering measurable business impact across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing for consumer products.
• Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms and journey building.
• Strong analytics, SQL or similar, and deliverability know-how.
• Experience leading multi-market CRM programs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable CRM improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM strategy across channels and markets.
• Build and maintain the CRM roadmap with lifecycle programs and campaigns.
• Lead the messaging-app channel strategy and localization decisions.
