Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced community programs managers to help train AI models on professional documents and related tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

We require 4+ years in nonprofit program management and direct experience authoring grant narratives, donor reports, or program logic models. This role offers flexible remote hours (5-20 per week) with competitive hourly compensation at $70/hour.
