Job summary

System Six is hiring a Cloud Bookkeeper to join its remote national practice. You will deliver full-charge cloud accounting services including GL maintenance, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end reconciliations across multiple clients.

The role requires 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping, proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto, and Karbon. This is a fully remote, full-time position with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• College degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience handling multiple client accounts.
• Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping tools and payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions, vendor bills, invoices, and manual journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll through cloud systems.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with period-end closings.
• Organize work streams and client deliverables using Karbon practice management software.
• Communicate with business owners to resolve queries and obtain source documents.
