Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or similar roles.
• Advanced QuickBooks knowledge and ability to manage day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable transactions, verify invoices, approvals, due dates, and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and maintain customer payment data.
• Record transactions in QuickBooks and maintain vendor/customer data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for internal use.
• Support payroll processing and assist with audits and reconciliations.
