Qualifications
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support.
- Strong data-entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and precision.
Responsibilities
- Enter daily restaurant sales activity into QuickBooks Online
- Review client-provided sales reports and transfer required information
- Follow established account mapping and data-entry procedures
- Maintain accurate and consistent bookkeeping records
- Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information for client review
- Assist with catch‑up entries and outstanding bookkeeping data
- Organize supporting reports and documentation
- Assist with additional repeatable administrative tasks as they are introduced
