Construction Machinery Trading LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate monthly reporting. This is a full-time remote position suitable for candidates with strong accounting skills and experience in financial systems.

Available Position

• Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Recording and reconciling transactions
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Processing invoices and following up on payments
• Maintaining general ledger accuracy
• Supporting monthly close and financial reporting
• Organizing VAT/tax records and audit documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar platforms
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability
• Clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bookkeeping or accounting certification
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments

Compensation

AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (based on experience).
