The role emphasizes translating client goals into actionable steps, analyzing performance dashboards, and delivering strategic insights to improve prescriber engagement and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-7 years in client-facing, consulting, analytics, or business strategy roles.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with BI and data visualization tools.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and program success through execution of launch plans and ongoing optimization.
• Manage day-to-day program coordination and translate client goals into actionable steps.
• Analyze program performance against key metrics and build reporting dashboards.
• Generate strategic insights to optimize program rules, prescriber engagement, and patient experiences.
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for client relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations, and client success teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
