Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to develop and lead enterprise-wide strategies across health care and PBM initiatives. You will steer multiple strategic projects, define success criteria with stakeholders, and establish governance and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals.

You will also guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and identify process improvements to keep programs on track while balancing delivery commitments and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of industry experience in Managed Care or PBM.
• Proven experience in program management overseeing complex initiatives.
• Experience within a PMO or Client Implementation team.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with AI and Vendor Integrations.
• Willingness to travel 20%-25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide program strategies aligned with company and client goals.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects.
• Define program goals, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish program governance, including communication plans and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage cross-functional project teams through influence, providing direction and guidance.
• Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the program.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and issue resolution to keep programs on track.
