Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, fluent English, good communication and computer skills, and be coachable and reliable.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or front/back-office.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, up-selling products and services.
• Aim for first call resolution with effective problem solving.
• Research systems to locate missing information and coordinate with other departments.
• Document and process customer claims accurately in the system.
• Lead fact-finding to determine best options for the customer.
