Easy Wedding in Dubai is expanding its pre-sales department to offer 24-hour support to couples worldwide. As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first warm voice our clients hear, listening to their story and guiding them toward booking a consultation with our wedding experts.

This fully remote role requires excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across chat, WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in customer service call centers, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Persuasive communication to turn curiosity into a booked call.
• Ability to multitask across calls, WhatsApp, Botspace, and email.
• Reliable internet and ability to work flexible shifts (up to 50 hours/week).
• Open to new graduates eager to grow in sales and client-facing roles.
• Preference for female candidates aligned with client demographics.

Responsibilities

• Be the first warm voice guiding clients toward booking a consultation.
• Listen to client stories, understand motivations, and schedule a consultation with wedding experts.

As an Appointment Setter youll be the first warm voice our clients hear. Youll listen to their story understand their motivations and guide them toward booking a consultation with our wedding experts. This isnt just scheduling its about creating connection trust and excitement for one of the most meaningful days of someones life.

Youll collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Experience teams ensuring each couple receives quick personalized responses (we aim to reply within one minute on our chat tools). If you love communicating multitasking and being part of a friendly fast-moving environment where empathy matters as much as efficiency youll fit right in.

Requirements

• 02 years of experience in customer service call centers hospitality or administrative support
