Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational coordination for the VP of Business Development.
• Create meeting agendas, record action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain outreach logs, partner records, and committee histories in Salesforce.
• Draft professional correspondence, vendor updates, and briefing decks.
• Coordinate interdepartmental workflows with sales, marketing, operations and events.
