Job summary

Kompetenza, part of the MaxAccelerate Technology Group, is seeking a Business Developer with IT sales or recruitment experience to drive sales of FlexTeam Pods to Salesforce and CRM clients. The ideal candidate already has a customer network in Salesforce/CRM and can transition from recruitment to IT sales.

You will build a sales pipeline, target enterprise clients and system integrators, and manage end-to-end deals while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure staffing success across the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical sales or recruitment.
• Proven ability to build a recruitment desk or sales pipeline from scratch.
• Experience in contract or technical recruitment within CRM/IT services.
• Existing network of Salesforce/CRM customers is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities within Salesforce/CRM ecosystem.
• Target enterprise clients, consulting firms, and system integrators needing Salesforce/CRM consultants.
• Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to close.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Kompetenza’s FlexTeam Pods service.
• Maintain and grow relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful staffing.
