Paradox is seeking a Top Gun Business Developer to generate new opportunities by identifying students for our trainings. You will attract, find, and convince potential students while organizing campaigns on LinkedIn and email to set meetings.

You will use Odoo CRM and Claude AI daily to stay productive and scalable, joining events and growing our regional presence. You should be autonomous, AI-native, and curious about personal development, coaching, and Edtech markets, with strong sales
