Paradox is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own marketing outcomes across channels in a fast-growing startup. You will design strategy and execute campaigns yourself, leveraging AI to scale like a full marketing team.

You’ll rely on data to make decisions, read GA4 and Looker Studio, and continuously optimize CAC/LTV. French and English fluency are required; remote work is possible from the UAE, with a Dubai office option.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing with strategic and hands-on execution.
• Portfolio showing tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences.
• Daily use of AI to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing.
• Run campaigns hands-on: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis.
• Leverage AI via Claude Code for assets, reporting, and variations.
• Read data in GA4, ad platforms, Looker Studio and reallocate budgets quickly.
• Coordinate Growth, Social, and Content Factory to align channels.
• Report outcomes with data-backed recommendations to leadership.
