Job summary

DataMax AI is seeking a motivated Trainee SDR to join our fully remote, globally facing team. You will generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads across markets, conduct multi-channel outreach, and book demos for our senior Account Executives.

No university degree is required; relevant experience in B2B software sales or 360 recruitment is highly valued. You will learn to articulate AI value, build pipelines, and grow under mentorship.

Qualifications

No university degree required; alternative relevant experience accepted.
Experience in outreach across multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, events).
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and develop high-quality B2B leads.
Outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, and events.
Run qualification calls to identify pain points and opportunities.
Book demos and strategy calls for senior AEs.
Learn to position DataMax AI solutions in business terms.
Support proposal preparation and account research.
Build pipeline discipline and CRM accuracy.
Develop into a confident AI-software sales professional.
