Qualifications

• Billing, invoicing, AR, or finance experience required.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Experience managing billing records and balances.
• Experience using accounting, billing, ERP, or financial software.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify pricing, taxes, discounts, and payment terms.
