Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing processes in a remote-capable role based in Dubai. You will prepare, review, and issue invoices, verify data accuracy, and handle adjustments while maintaining customer records with precision.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/finance software, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, meeting tight deadlines and collaborating across finance and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, AR, accounting or finance.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Experience managing billing records, account balances, and payment information.
• Experience using ERP, accounting, or financial management software.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, and payment terms.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and account information.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and customer balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice-related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, and payments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Reconcile billing records with accounting systems and customer accounts.
• Prepare billing reports, aging information for management.
• Ensure invoices are processed according to company policies.
• Maintain organized billing documentation.
