Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales or outbound prospecting.
• Experience conducting discovery and qualification calls.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, budget, timeline and decision process.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn and social outreach to build a qualified pipeline.
• Nurture early-stage prospects with follow-up campaigns and share relevant resources and case studies.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives; prepare qualification summaries and handoff notes.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and generate weekly pipeline/activity reports.
