Job summary

Tanqeeb in United Arab Emirates seeks an energetic B2B Sales Assistant to drive outbound sales for accounting and bookkeeping services. You will make high-volume calls, reach finance decision-makers, and qualify leads for senior staff.

You will log activities in the CRM, follow up via WhatsApp and email, and consistently meet daily/weekly targets. Remote role with potential on-site collaboration in Dubai; growth into senior commercial roles for top performers.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales or lead generation.
Confident, energetic phone manner and comfortable with cold calling.
Highly target-driven, persistent and resilient to rejection.
Strong spoken English.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospective clients daily.
Identify and reach decision-makers within target companies (owners, CFOs, finance managers).
Qualify leads quickly and pass them to senior commercial staff.
Log all calls and outcomes accurately in our CRM.
Follow up via WhatsApp and email to keep leads warm.
Consistently hit daily and weekly call and lead-generation targets.
Build and expand a growing contact list of prospects needing accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or compliance services.
