Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Executive Assistant to act as the central coordination point between Sales, Customers, and Internal Departments, in Abu Dhabi and internationally. The role supports the Sales Manager in operational and administrative activities to maximize customer-facing time.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas, minutes, action trackers, and coordinating with back-office teams across Dubai, Germany, and China, while ensuring commitments are monitored and completed with

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with Sales, customers and back-office teams.
• Strong MS Office, presentation and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas and documentation before customer meetings.
• Attend customer review meetings when required.
• Prepare minutes of meetings after customer visits.
• Maintain action trackers and ensure timely completion of all actions.
• Follow up internally and externally until agreed actions are closed.
• Coordinate quotations, technical requests, documentation requests and customer enquiries.
• Ensure commitments made to customers are monitored and completed.
