Job summary

Valoria International in Dubai is expanding its outbound commercial team and looking for a driven, target-focused B2B Sales Assistant to win new business in the accounting and bookkeeping sector. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads for senior staff.

This role offers clear daily/weekly targets with incentives, a fast-paced environment, and a growth path into senior commercial roles. Remote with on-site collaboration in Dubai is possible.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation.
• Confident phone manner—not afraid of cold calling.
• Strong spoken English.
• Highly target-driven, persistent, and resilient to rejection.
